Yellow Fever vaccination is required for several states including Amazonas, Mato Grosso, and Goias, and recommended for others. Hepatitis A and Typhoid are standard. Malaria risk in the Amazon region. Dengue is endemic in urban areas. Most visitors to Rio or São Paulo don't need Yellow Fever but check the specific state you're visiting.
