A two-week itinerary through Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam means three different sets of vaccine recommendations — some overlapping, some not. Booking separate appointments based on each country's page individually often means getting the same vaccine recommended twice, or missing something that only becomes relevant once a second or third country is added to the route.

This tool combines the requirements for every country on your itinerary into a single list — removing duplicates, flagging anything that's required for entry on at least one leg of the trip, and showing recommended vaccines for the whole journey. If you're visiting Kenya then Tanzania, for example, one Yellow Fever vaccination covers both, but malaria prevention needs to be suitable for both legs — the combined list makes that clear in one place rather than across two separate pages.

Common questions
If two countries on my trip both need the same vaccine, do I need it twice?
No. A single course of most travel vaccines covers you for any country with that requirement or recommendation, as long as it's still within its protection window. Yellow Fever, Hepatitis A, Typhoid, and most others give you protection that applies regardless of how many countries on your itinerary recommend them. This tool removes the duplicates automatically so your list reflects what you actually need to do, not what each country page would say in isolation.
What if one country requires a vaccine and another only recommends it?
If a vaccine is required for entry to any country on your route, it appears in the "Required for entry" section regardless of what the other countries say. You need it to enter that country, and since you're already getting it, it covers the rest of your trip too. The tool prioritises the strictest requirement across your whole itinerary.
Does the order I visit countries in matter?
For vaccination purposes, generally no — the combined list is the same regardless of order. The one exception is Yellow Fever: some countries require proof of vaccination if you're arriving from a Yellow Fever endemic country, even if that wasn't your starting point. If your itinerary includes a country with a Yellow Fever entry requirement based on prior travel, check that specific country's page for how the certificate timing works with your route.
How far in advance should I book for a multi-country trip?
Use the longest lead time among all the vaccines on your combined list — this tool shows that for each item. Rabies and Hepatitis B, for example, involve multi-dose courses spread over several weeks, so if either appears on your list, that's your effective minimum booking window. As a general rule, 6-8 weeks before departure gives most travel clinics enough time to complete multi-dose courses, even on accelerated schedules.
Can I use this for a round-the-world trip with many stops?
Yes — add as many destinations as your itinerary includes. The combined list scales the same way whether you add 2 countries or 10. For very long itineraries spanning multiple continents, the list can get long, but it still removes duplicates and groups everything by required versus recommended, which is the main value when comparing against checking each country individually.
